Verge Article Finalist for SAGW Early Career Award
I am excited and honored to learn that the Swiss Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences has chosen my article “Oceanic Knowledge and National Space-Time in Pacific History” as a finalist for the 2025 Early Career Award.
After last year’s “SAGW Diploma of Merit” for my book chapter “Early Modern Japan and the Problem of ‘Drugs’,” I’m grateful that the multidisciplinary award committee has decided to honor my work for the second time in a row.
