“Does Global Warming Have the Power to Change the History of the Past?” This is the title of talk 2, my attempt at a Japanese introduction to “the Anthropocene” and its implications for the practice of the humanities. What better illustration to talk about the greenhouse effect could there have been than this anti-Covid plastic face shield?
